Shipping & Billing Policy

Logistos provides shipping, logistics, courier aggregation, fulfillment, and delivery management services for merchants and businesses.

Shipping and logistics charges are dynamically calculated based on multiple operational factors including shipment weight, dimensions, courier partner pricing, pickup and delivery locations, service type, fuel surcharge, remote area surcharge, and other logistics-related parameters.

Due to dynamically fluctuating shipping and courier rates, certain logistics, fulfillment, and shipping-related charges are billed externally outside the Shopify Billing API under a Shopify-approved billing exemption for shipping services.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated based on actual shipment data and courier partner pricing.

• Rates may vary depending on destination, weight, dimensions, and selected courier service.

• Additional charges such as remote area surcharge, fuel surcharge, handling charges, appointment delivery charges, or other logistics fees may apply where applicable.

Billing Information

• Merchants may receive invoices or billing details separately through the Logistos dashboard, email, or registered billing contact.

• Billing amounts are based on actual shipment usage and courier service utilization.

• Charges may vary depending on courier partner operational pricing and logistics requirements.

• Outstanding dues may result in temporary suspension of shipping services until payment clearance.

Merchant Acknowledgement

By using the Logistos application, merchants acknowledge and agree that shipping and logistics charges may be invoiced separately outside Shopify billing for courier and fulfillment services under the approved shipping services billing exemption.
